
The 13th edition of the European Researchers' Night took place on September 26th, showcasing the research lines of the University of Cantabria and promoting scientific dissemination to the general public.
A wide variety of engaging activities were offered for all audiences. Among them, the Environmental and Bioprocess Technologies (TAB) research group presented membranes made from different materials, highlighting their potential to provide sustainable solutions for biomedical and environmental challenges, including applications in refrigeration.
The stand also featured the LIFE4Fgases project, presenting the challenges posed by fluorinated refrigerant gases and the innovative solutions proposed to recover and reuse them safely and efficiently, contributing to sustainability and climate protection.
