Last 3rd March, the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department of the Universidad de Cantabria has participated in the I Edition of the activity “Divulgando Ciencia”, organized by the IES BESAYA secondary school in Torrelavega (Cantabria). In this event, our technical partner delivered the presentation: “Development of new membrane materials to promote the separation of fluorinated gases and mitigate their impact on climate change”, addressing the problem of fluorinated gases and highlighting the main solutions proposed by the LIFE 4 F-gases project.
